200 g good dark chocolate 64%

Almond paste
150 g of sugar (preferably cane)
70 g egg whites
350 g of pure raw marzipan

Raspberry Jam
100 g raspberries
Juice of ½ lemon
100 g sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
